Oh My Goodness our family fell in love with this house and property when we first saw it. It's absolutely perfect for our Crippled Critter sanctuary, the interior has everything to give our adult disabled son his own home on the upper level while Me and Amy would live on the lower level with easy mobility access to all rooms and to the outside. The land is precious and perfect for all of our animals...it's our DREAM HOME and they just dropped the price again.....if only we could find a private lender!!



We can't get into this house with traditional banks because first, it's under 50K and it's not a mobile home and second our family structure is non-traditional. We must each qualify independently to be included on a loan so we can't combine our individual incomes to qualify.



Is there anyone out there willing to lend for this property?



We have solid evidence of income and of paying two mortgages for the past 7 years on a property that is in a family members name. Mortgages are in excellent standing. We have paid over 34K in 7 years on less income than we have now. Our family is going strong and ready to move forward.
